根據統計在中央狹窄患者6個月的通暢率為60%，但到了12個月通暢率僅剩30%，但支架並非中央靜脈狹窄最好選擇，何時該置放支架、該選何種尺寸支架、支架放置有無確實放置病灶處，都是支架能否維持暢通率的關鍵，陳偉華醫師分享如何透過IVUS(血管內超音波)的輔助經驗，使得術後的通暢率有更亮眼的表現……

According to statistics, the patency rate of patients with central vein stenosis at 6 months is 60%, but by 12 months, the patency rate is only 30%. Stent isn’t the best choice for central vein stenosis. When should we place the stent? What size stent should we choose? Whether the stent is actually placed on the lesion?
