透析通路的血栓形成分為三大類，1.血管內皮受損、2.瘀血、3.高凝血，課程內容中黃世銘醫師將透過客觀科學化的統計及醫學論文佐證，更深入的探討血栓形成因素，及目前在應對這些因素的做法。

The thrombosis of the dialysis access is divided into three categories: vascular endothelial injury, bruising and hypercoagulation.
